Hello and welcome to an opportunity to improve or change your life.

Finding solutions to life’s issues can be both the joy and pain of living. You have taken a good first step by looking for assistance.

You are entitled to good health and good mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether your goal is to change, grow, explore, problem solve or just understand yourself better, these goals are possible and achievable. The environment I provide is safe, confidential, supportive, empathic and healing. My approach is to collaboratively provide growth, self-awareness, adaption as necessary and potentially happiness to a greater degree.

Whether the context is individual, couple, or family, the goals, solutions and journeys are the same. Being open-minded, empathic, and collaborative are the elements I provide.

My professional training, experience, skills and life experiences link together to help me guide you to your own good mental health, emotional balance, joy, and hopefully contentment.

My work includes children (3-9), adolescents (10-18), young adults (19-25), adults and elders. The goal is resolution, acceptance, and a better quality of life. One’s internal and external life should synchronized and balanced. I can help.
